Lake Baldwin Park is a gorgeous, shady park that covers about 23 acres on Lake Baldwin. The park is the only park in Winter Park that is dog-friendly and is one of two parks that has a sandy beach. You and your dog can enjoy the beach and the lake from 8 a.m. to sunset every day. Lake Baldwin Park features two pavilions that are available upon reservation, picnic tables, and restrooms, so the park is perfect for a party. There is also a dock and boat ramp on the lake, so if your dog loves boating, you can bring your dog to the park for a boat day. You don’t have to worry about your pup running away either because the whole park is fenced in. The fenced in area even includes nature trails, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery on a walk with your pup. If your dog gets thirsty, water stations for the pups are available, and there are dog rinse areas for the dogs that have too much fun in the sand. Lake Baldwin Park is rated 5 stars; the consensus is that it is a very friendly and fun place. The dogs’ tails don’t stop wagging and people’s faces don’t stop smiling at Lake Baldwin Park.
