Posted by Denise Stewart on Tuesday, August 21st, 2018 at 8:26am.

Do you have questions on your 2018 Property Assessment or Exemptions?

The Property Appraiser’s Office recently mailed over 775,000 TRIM Notices to Broward County property owners.  These proposed notices show your 2018 property assessment, exemptions and proposed tax amounts.  It is important to remember the Property Appraiser’s Office does not set or collect taxes.  We simply assess properties for tax purposes and grant tax-saving exemptions to qualified individuals.

If you have any questions regarding your property assessment or exemptions, please contact my office directly at the following numbers:

Residential Property:  (954)357-6831

appealing your property assessment is September 18, 2018.
