Condo Investor Deals in South Florida

Searching for Condo Investor Deals is easy. The main thing you are looking for is whether the condo can be rented out right away.

While it is difficult to find condos that will allow daily or weekly rentals, they do exist, but most condos that allow rentals have more severe restrictions. The 2 other things you are looking for are: 1) Has the price been decreased and 2) How long has a Condo been listed for sale, because generally the longer a condo (or other property) has been listed for sale (called "DAYS ON MARKET"), the more anxious or motivated the seller should be. We can help you with both!!!

Just click on any of the links below and looks for a condo you like and look for the "DAYS ON MARKET"  or "DOM" info. If the number is more than 30 days, you may want to keep an eye on that property. If the DAYS ON MARKET is more than 100, you will definitely want to check out that property. If you do not see "DAYS ON MARKET" or "DOM" for a Condo,  just email us and we will look it up for you and email you the info.
