When investors are looking to buy condos in Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach or any of the other areas in Broward county, the investors are looking for condos for sale that are good "flip" opportunities, or opprrtunities for the investors to buy, and rent out for a couple years, and then sell a hopefully a profit.
Typically, an investor is looking for a condo to buy for investment if the condo can be bought at a discounted or cheap selling price. Sometimes the condition of the unit is seconday if the investor can rent immediately, because most condos for rent can be rented, even if they are not in great shape, they will simply get less for the rent.

As Realtors, we are Frequently asked if the condos we are trying to sell covered by the 40 Year Inspection rule. Generally the answer is YES, and it is always good to ask questions, rather than buy a condo, and get surprised by a special assessment for needed repairs.
