Ingredients
Cookie: - 1 ½ cup of whole wheat flour - ½ cup of oatmeal - ½ cup of chicken or beef stock - 1 egg
Icing: - 3 tbsp. of all-purpose flour - 1-2 tbsps. of water - Yellow and red food coloring
Directions
Cookie: - Preheat oven to 350°. - Combine all of the Cookie ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, and mix by hand until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
