If you are searching for a 3 bedroom condo to buy in the South Florida area, you may ask yourself, “Why are there so few  3 Bedroom condos for sale in South Florida”.  Well, the 3 bedroom condos are some of the most desired types of properties around, simply due to the number of people that typically occupy a condo. Think about it - most families consist of a mother, father and maybe one or two children. The parents occupy one room and the children might occupy the other two, or the children might share one and they leave the other one for guests.
