1) Has the price been decreased

and 2) How long has a Condo been listed for sale, because generally the longer a condo (or other property) has been listed for sale (called "DAYS ON MARKET"), the more anxious or motiated the seller should be. We can help you with both!!!

Just click on any of the links below and looks for a condo you like and look for the "DAYS ON MARKET"  or "DOM" info. If the number is more than 30 days, you may want to keep an eye on that property. If the DAYS ON MARKET is more than 100, you will definately want to check out that property. If you do not see "DAYS ON MARKET" or "DOM" for a Condo,  just email us and we will look it up for you and email you the info.

We can also check for you if there has been any price decreases. If there has been no price decrease and the condo has been on the market for a while, this may be a sign that the Seller is getting motivated to reduce the price.
