Fort Lauderdale Condos for Sale with Boat Docks

If you are a boater in Fort Lauderdale you will understand the importance of a place to dock your boat (or Yacht), and especially know that docking your vessel close to home is important.

Whether you are in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach or Hillsboro Beach, finding a Condo with boat slips or boat docks has never been easy.

Now www.condo.net has devoted some time to finding the condos in the Fort Lauderdale area , which also includes the areas of Boca Raton, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach  and Hillsboro Beach. These areas of South Florida all have access to the Ocean by way of the Intracoastal waterway.

You will find condos for sale in Fort Lauderdale of all price ranges, and hopefully you will find a condo that has a boat slip or a boat dock that you can buy or rent for your boat or yacht. Slips are not always available, so make sure you fill out our Alerts form to keep you notified.

Please remember that there are generally rules and regulations that must be followed for the use of boat slips and boat docks in each of the condos (and cities), and sometimes there may be a waiting list for a boat slip or a boat dock to become available, so make sure that you call and confirm availability and the rules.

The boat slips and boat docks sometimes will require an extra assessment which could be monthly, quarterly or annually, and sometimes there may be an extra charge for utilities that are consumed by the boat owner.

The best time to ask questions, and for your protection we suggest you  ask the questions in writing, is before you purchase a condo, and you can ask your Realtor to ask these questions for you. The Condo Association generally will have a written summary of the policies or rules, and a lot of times this information will be in the Declaration of Condominium or the Rules and Regulations. So remember, ask questions about the length and type of boats that may be docked, the costs involved, whether the boat slip or boat dock is assigned or deeded to the condo you are buying, and what if any are the assessments associated with owning a boat slip or a boat dock. If you think that you may want to rent or lease out your boat slip or boat dock, you may also want to ask about the leasing policies.

Currently, these  are the condos we show as having boat slips or boat docks associated with condos in Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Hillsboro Beach and Deerfield Beach:
