Foreclosed properties are sold at public auction by the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The Clerk established a special website for these foreclosure auctions here: www.broward.realforeclose.com. The properties on the Clerk's site are listed by sale date. The list of cases that have sale dates set can be obtained online at the Clerk’s main website www.browardclerk.org. However, it is not easily searched as the Clerk does not list them by property address (note: foreclosures are only listed by case number and sale date).
