With offices now across the country and over 120,000 agents, Keller Williams has taken the high road in attracting agents with a personal approach to attract clients. KW does not advertise much, but rather depends on agents to promote their professionalism to friends, families, and others that they may know. KW has long been a leader in educating its agents, and most of the edcating is done by successful, experienced senior agents that are working for Keller Williams. This hands on approach leads to a family style culture even in offices where there are in excess of 250 agents. " The amazing thing about KW is that the most experienced agents in the area take time from their busy schedule to teach other agents, who might end up being their competition", says Amy, a KW agent from South Florida. And the coments like this are plentiful amongst youger and new agents that come to work for Keller Williams...

Keller Williams spokesperson Daryl Frost  says that Keller Williams  proud of its high ranking and is constantly working on ways to improve the agents'  experience. KW is seen as the industry leader by many that follow how the industry is progressing and how agents will continue to prosper with social media pressure, and other pressures from companies like Redfin, Trulia and Zillow making inroads and creating competition for the real estate market. Keller williams considers their relationship with their agents to be a partnership which is why KW spends Millions on technology advancements and is so persistant on associates; training and development.

In addition to being the #1 company for training, KW has proven to be a solid partner with their associates with a profit sharing program that is unparalleled in the industry. KW has adopted a profit sharing program that every agent can take advantage of, and agents can prosper for years in the future even if they leave the company. The profit sharing is more than most expect, and has several levels where agents can develope a "down line" even in other offices or other states around the country.
