There were Several Condo Sales in Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Hillsboro Beach and Lauderdale By the Sea in September

South Florida Condo sales averaged 96% 0f Listing Price

If you are searching for condos sales in Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Hillsboro Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea, there are a lot of recent condo sale to look at, and the average sales price was around 96% of the sales price. These are some of the condos that were sold in the month of September. 2017:

L'hermitage condo sales

Leading the way was unit 1509 at L'Hermitage which was sold for $2,250,000. This 3 bedroom 4 bath condo was listed for $2,500,000, and was over 2,800 SQ FT. Another unit in L'Hermitage that was recently sold is unit 1801 which was listed for $1,500,000 and ended up selling for $1,280,000. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit with approximately 2300 Sq Ft of living space. Unit 2406 at the L'Hermitage also sold in October for $1,000,000, and it was listed for $1,150,000. Luna Ocean Residences Condo Sales

There were other Luxury Condos sold in the area, including  in Pompano Beach, which had unit 601 in the Luna Ocean Residences, which sold for $965,000. This uniot at Luna ocean Residences was listed for $1,100,000, which most believed was a little high, but the seller was using the fact that the Luna is close to the Sabbia Beach Club, which is new construction, and located abour 100 yards away. The Luna is a small Building with less than 40 condos, and has "Flow Through" units, meaning that it has balconies on the Ocean abd Intracoastal sides. The Claridge in Pompano Beach Condo sales

The Claridge in Pompano Beach also had  2 units that were sold in September. Unit 1807 at the Claridge was listed for $524,900, and ended up selling for $495,000. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit withj 1,781 Sq FT, and has a partial ocean and Intracoastal View. Unit 2205 at the Claridge in Pompano Beach was also sold in September, The condo was listed for $550,000, and sold for $520,000, after being on the market for a while. The unit faces directly to the west, with no view of the Ocean, and it is aver 1,700 Sq Ft. Century Plaza in Pompano Beach Condo Sales

Century Plaza condo in Pompano Beach had 1 condo that was for sale actually sell in September. Unit 704 was listed for $429,000, and was sold for $415,000. This unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with approximately 1300 sq ft, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Other condos sales in the South Florida area were the following:

Unit 9A of The Corniche condo located at 1440 S Ocean Blvd in Lauderdale by the Sea was listed for $1,099,000, and sold for $990,000.

Unit 204 of the Aquamarine condo located at 1395 South Ocean Blvd, Pompano Beach FL, was listed for $549,000, and was sold fpr $535,000.
