What is a CondoHolic? Or better yet, Who is The CondoHolic?
By definition, a CondoHolic is a person who craves or compulsively consumes and desiminates information about Condominiums.
When Wikipedia formally recognizes CondoHolic as a descriptive noun, they will pronounce that CondoHolic is a term that is mostly used loosly or humorously to describe a person who is an authority on the history of condos, and who also consumes vast information about condos including including information and guidance for buyers and sellers, and is a visionary as to future condo trends.

In the future, if you want information about Condos, and you are tired of simply scouring through Trulia and Zillow for information, you will turn to an expert for advice about Condos, and you will look for The Condoholic for answers.
Condos have been around for over 100 years, and they are part of everyday life for millions of people. As a lifestyle, Condos can be a community, or as small as 2 units. When you need information about a Condo, or the rules that govern the condo you are interested in, you need to ask questions. You need to consider that the documents that created the condominium set forth very detailed rules by which you must live by, and these rules will govern how many people can live in the condo, if you can rent the condo, have pets in the condo, and sometimes even what colors you can paint the condo.
