What is a CondoHolic?  Or better yet, Who is The CondoHolic?

By definition, a CondoHolic is a person who craves or compulsively consumes and desiminates information about Condominiums. 

When Wikipedia formally recognizes CondoHolic as a descriptive noun, they will pronounce that CondoHolic is a term that is mostly used loosly or humorously to describe a person who is an authority on the history of condos, and who also consumes vast information about condos including including information and guidance for buyers and sellers, and is a visionary as to future condo trends.

Just how much should a Buyer say to a Seller’s Realtor?

Let’s start by admitting that if you were sitting a poker table, you would not tell the other players what cards you have. So why would you want to disclose to a Seller’s agent what your likes are when the stakes are so much higher?

It is the Seller’s agent’s responsibility to find out what the buyer’s needs are, what the buyer can afford, and what will coerce the buyer to make an offer on your property. If you think that by helping the Seller’s agent all of this information that you are somehow advancing your cause, please read on.

First realize that if you also have a Realtor representing you, it is your Realtor’s responsibility to shield you from being questioned by the Seller’s Agent.
